Trial class & training parts 

An Urban Vikings class is made out of 3 parts:
1. Dynamic warm up and fitness- In this part we'll raise the heart rate, stretch our bodies and burn calories. This part is hard at first, but trainees that will train hard and mind their nutrition would see results within few weeks!
2. Technical learning- Less muscles, more brain. Here we learn the Krav Maga techniques. See demonstrations, ask questions and practice the different drills.
3. Practical part- When the mental and the physical meet to beat. Here you will practice the technique under constant pressure. Imagine hitting the pad hard, while out of nowhere an aggressor comes from the back and chokes you. Now we'll see what do you really capable of.
