Fitness and working out should be a part of every person's schedule, especially a martial artist.

 

In order to defend ourselves we should be able to move. React fast, hit hard 

and sometimes run away.

Healthy lifestyle is the first step in self defense. 

 

The first part of each class will be dedicated to a dynamic warm up and fitness. The exercises arrive from various worlds, including eastern martial arts, crossfit, yoga and more.
